14. Let's see if I can close this one out....

Northeastern International - A300
PeoplExpress - 747

I'm not real sure about either of these as I think PeoplExpress initially operated their 747 aircraft in an all Y configuration before introducing a premium class in addition to coach. And as for Northeastern International, I believe they were encountering severe financial difficulties by mid-1985 and may have removed the A300 aircraft from their fleet by that time.
