Now then, all we need is the correct second airport (It's not YYC) and the operator of the Electra up to YZF.

second airport (i.e. replacement for YYC) = YEG (what other choices could there possibly be?)
Electra operator = NWT Air (this is certainly a guess, but there honestly aren't that many options to choose from...ancestors of Firstair/Canadian based in western Canada)
