Finally stayed here last week on a weekday night.Most important infornation: the hotel offers free breakfast for Platinum and above members (I think starting with Plat, we got it as Titanium) - could have saved myself booking a rate with breakfast, no compensation was offered other than the offer of inviting two more people to breakfast.

We were upgraded from a base room (Business Deluxe?) to a SE corner room giving beautiful views of sunset and sunrise over Daejeon. There was no welcome gift in the room but we got a sampler pack of "Onoma" beauty products, which is Shinsegae's beauty brand during checkin. The staff was very welcoming!

The room was nice, a lot of space but had bad finishing, especially in the bathroom (for example when taking a shower water would run into the room). Amenities were by Grown Alchemist. Guest rooms are between floor 27 and 37, pool and gym are on floor 26, the lobby and restaurant on floor 7, from which one can also cross over to the six-floor Shinsegae departement store. I really liked the room, amenities, views and especially the breakfast, among the best we had on our Korea trip. The only thing I didn't really like was that the hotel has a very business-like feel and the least character of all Autograph Collection hotels I have visited so far.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
