The concept is not totally new, something similar existed years ago with taxis. If you take an Uber from one of the stops listed and the journey is a maximum of 2.5 kilometers (as the crow flies as far as I understand it), it costs a fixed price of €6.
For qualifying rides Uber-app should only show the fixed price.
