My friend regain his Gold status even though he was $665 short of PQP.

$6,335 PQP + 10 PQF.

Another friend: regained 1K status even thought he only had 4000 PQP in 2022.

The third friend also gained 1K with 6000 PQP.

All have address is in China.

Zero PP though which is fair.
