If you're both Elite+ then yes, you should receive extra bags, fast track and lounge access (ITA lounges only on ITA ticketed flights though). I had no luck with calling or emailing beforehand regarding adding seat assignment and adding my Flying Blue number to the booking though. If adding your SkyMiles numbers doesn't work during the booking you'll have to do all of that at the check in counter. When I did it last time there was no issue getting different seats assigned and I they asked if I wanted to check luggage. The Flying Blue number was added to the ticket with a AF prefix and I had fast track access.
