I'm guessing this is EDI, in which case it's a rare example where a visit to EDI to talk to Menzies may help, if you can tell them they have the data from the air tags, provided they haven't moved it to the warehouse away from the airport. In addition the seems like two unrelated data problems, the recycled baggage number and the mismatch on the Worldtracer reference which presumably begins EDIBA. Now in both case the Baggage Team can work backwards so should be able to help, just keep calling, people clearly can get through, given the posts we see elsewhere on the subject. I wouldn't worry too much, I'm not convinced there is a labelling error here, but it does highlight the importance of putting a piece of paper on the top of the bag with your contact details on it.
