Vietnam flight options


I'm going to be in Singapore in Nov 2023.
My plan is to travel to Malaysia, Thailand, (Cambodia and/or Laos), and end up in Saigon in Dec 2023.

As you can see from above, i have 3 flight options. (The Korean Air flight is more expensive and longer layover.)
Which is better to take? Why?

And is it worth upgrading to business class at online check-in (24hrs before flight)?
