when you book a connecting flight on Ba, the flight details page mentions e.g « connection time: 4h45 ». It highlights overnight connections as well as airport changes, both of which could have significant impact on passenger experience, but personally, beyond that I’d rather not clutter a page which already includes a lot of information with the airline’s editorial comment on whether the connection is short, long, or medium. I think people can make their own mind that 1h05 is pretty short and 6 hours is really long, and all presumably would use entirely arbitrary thresholds as 3 hours is sort of long for me and may feel sort of short for others. (So I bet we’d soon get threads here on « :why does Ba not consider 1h35 a short connection etc » or « why did Ba call the 1h25 connection short: I avoided it as a result, but went to that gate with 45 minutes to spare and they refused to move me to that flight”.
