Matched to Diamond but booked hotel through Hotels.com. Will i get a free suite?

I have never stayed at a Wyndham before.
(Got my match through Caesars.)

Apparently you don't get points if you booked 3rd party.
Will i still get the benefits of being Diamond?
ie: suite upgrade and Welcome amenity at check in (Ramada Buenos Aires Centro hotel)
