The 772 might also be 2-4-2 configured, where you might be in a middle seat.
Service will be the same, which is to say don't expect much on either. The widebody might be worse because there are more pax to attend to.
Either way, it's a 2-hr flight. I would recommend just pick the flight with the best schedule, all other things being equal.
