Is there a reason to prefer one option over the other for consecutive DEN-ORD flights on a day, where one is a 7M9 and the other is a domestic-config 772, in First in both cases? It looks like the narrowbody seats would be wider but the widebody seats would have much greater pitch and be flat. It's not a long flight so I probably wouldn't expect to sleep in either case.

Is the service or cabin crew, or some ancillary feature of the hard or soft product, likely to be better in either case?
