When they only used to sell A1-15 Upgrades at airports, I was surprised to be told by the GA that the flight (Oakland to Kahului) was less than 50% full and save my money which I did. Nice GA.

WN probably gets a lot more income now by selling 24 hour advance upgrades with no load information available to the pax.
