Of course they can do well and I am sure most people would have a good experience but when you compare it with other airlines F class BA is lagging behind. For example some recent examples where BA under caters even in F class is pathetic. BA F class was and still is a J+ product and I don’t think BA really cares as long as the flights are full and people keep buying it.
