Wanted to bump this thread to ask whether there are any post COVID experiences to share. I see some mixed reviews on TA and Google but most seem related to quarantine and staycation guest crowding or downgraded service due to COVID restrictions. Also would like to ask the question posed here by many but not yet answered as far as I can tell: do they offer cash upsell to club access upon checkin? We have several rooms booked for family for a summer visit and don't intend to spend too much time in the lounge but might be nice to go to afternoon tea or happy hour at least once, especially if they offer a la carte access for one day at a time. Have Diamond and Ambassador but they've already told me there is no hope of complimentary club upgrade.
