SGS is more refined, the pool is nicer (again, if not too many people/kids there) the breakfast at Rossinis is perfekt and quiet/relaxed. And you get drinks but no real food in the afternoon as MB benefit and nice suites for your SNA. (no "real" lounge though)

I got upgraded to a river view suite for 6 days last week. Didn't use SNA.
Pretty nice.
