Any free additional drivers for renting in Australia?

I was quoted and paid for an Autoslash price for a Europcar rental in SYD. But wasn't given any options to add additional drivers.
Going to Europcar's official webpage, I can pull up the same rate give or take a few dollars. But lots more options to choose/add on.
