I assume you departed on 06 January from MVD, since you are posting this experience on the 7th. In fact, on 06 January IB6012 MVD-MAD was operated by EC-MYA, which is the one with the Level livery showing the regular IB lie flat business class. So your experience confirms that this specific plane (EC-MYA) has regular IB lie flat business class, despite its livery.
