Very strange, doors 3 are never opened by crew unless there is an emergency, I would say this was possibly done by a passenger.
I assume this would mean the passenger had to place the door into automatic first and then open it. Is there a reason the door would be in automatic during boarding? In my day on Tristars we armed the doors during refuelling when passengers were onboard.
