Amazingly, when I've complained about more serious matters (in my view anyway) like being moved into a middle seat in CE, I got nothing but a "please accept our apologies for your experience and we hope to welcome you back on board again soon" email.
At least you got a reply. I am still waiting for an answer to two complaints, of which the most recent one was November.
