I don't have an up to date list WITH NCW, but I do have the following:

The following routes from London Heathrow operate with Club World (flat beds), World Traveller Plus and World Traveller. (FIRST class has been removed):
- Calcutta
- Dhaka
- Toronto

The following routes from London Heathrow do not have the flat beds in Club World or World Traveller Plus:
- Accra
- Baltimore
- Dar Es Salaam
- Entebbe
- Harare
- Jeddah
- Lusaka
- Orlando
- San Diego
- Tel Aviv
- Nassau - GCM/PLS

The following routes from London Gatwick do not have the flat beds in Club World or World Traveller Plus:
- Antigua - GND/UVF/TAB
- Atlanta
- Barbados
- Caracas - BOG
- Kingston
- Orlando
- Tampa
