The PNR shown on the United confirmation for GOL and Azul for me have never been the PNR in the GOL or Azul systems, even though it is different than the United PNR and says it is for the other airline. I typically call United and they give me the PNR in the GOL or Azul systems. Alternatively, call GOL and they can look up the PNR that can be used on their site.
