I just called the customer support lien (available on the website) and the guy i spoke to confirmed that the expert feautre has been eliminated. I emphasized to him how that was the feature of the site that made it unique and that I definately steered business there as a result (that's true, I've booked several F tix through ITN to support it b/c of the expert feature) and told him that now it is no different than Travelocity or Expedia (which is the case). He calimed to understand and said that he would send an e-mail to the "secodn level customer support," but could not put me into direct contact with them.

I would highly reccomend that others call and emphasize that this change takes away the one feature that distinguishes their product and that it will result in lost business from a lucrative element of the travel public, the knowledgeable traveler.

Assuming this is not fixed, can someoen give me a brief intorduction to the availability tool and how to access it?
