The "new" rule is that you need to be in PS or D1. I'm assuming if I were in PS or D1 and my wife in Y, I would not be able to bring her to the club as a guest. Previously, I could bring her in if we were both in Y. That is a big devaluation, and one I'm surprised they'd make because I highly doubt a large portion of overcrowding comes from STE+ and guests.
