Spain was one of the few countries which clung on the mask rule on flights to and from Spain until 31st December 2022 and any airline should have followed their legislation. However matters got worse with the mandate as of 1st January 2023 where they are only required to be worn while in Spanish Airpspace as flying is classified as public transport.

it was bad enough when Crew had to remind Passengers on boarding and handing out masks when often they got a lot of lip by passengers (we are going to the UK, it’s a British plane etc) but this now makes it even worse for Crews
