It should be possible to do it for much less than that. ARN/OSL-LIS via HEL may be a good shout. A return in J will get you 360 TP for around £580, with no minimum stay requirement (albeit a back to back isn't possible on a return ticket due to the turnround being less than the MCT, not that you'd want to!) and plenty of availability by your 8 March deadline. Add on an Avios redemption (or, dare I say it, a non-OW flight - Norse Atlantic flies their ex-Norwegian 787s daily to OSL!) as your outward positioning move, and a return AY positioning flight via HEL to most UK or Irish airports for c. £250, and you've earned yourself 480 TP in total, for a cost of £830 plus your hotels and outward positoning flight. Not the best £ / TP ratio but if you can't take advantage of the BAH double TP offer, I daresay it's about the best you might get.
