This is a frustrating part of a process change made more than 5 years ago not allowing options other than what the system generates.
thanks for the explanation. If I booked the whole itinerary in XN, and I am able to find an agent who can waitlist us in I/IN, the PPT to SFO leg should auto clear since I space is available, correct?
