In college i was the only one coherent enough after a frat party to order pizzas,
Which made me think to keep track of what's on the table concerning the adult beverages by snapping a before picture of the bottle + label.
It kinda carried on towards hotels and stays as i was keen to figure out what made the jovial mood at the club lounge happy hour

How many times over the last 10+ years have folks asked on FT what wines and champagnes etc are served at hotel 'x'? Must be hundreds of times ..... me included. By building this thread and indeed taking photos of the chilled bowl, this will help to thin those well intended but very frequent repeated questions. So although I joke some, it could be a very sensible and useful outcome from a fun thread.
Yes i totally agree with you....
Also it can keep track if the lounge is improving things genuinely or is enhancing things away as victims of costcutting.
As champers / wines / certain local spirits are subjective taste, it is better if readers here know the brand/label/type and inform themselves by trying it out or know if to avoid by own experience.
