There is no way to force it to be one.

If you call, all you can ask is for the agent to check with the rates desk for a price but most agent will be reluctant to do that because they have been told, just follow the computer generated options. This is a frustrating part of a process change made more than 5 years ago not allowing options other than what the system generates.
