I would have to register by February 28 and complete the nights by March 19, 2023. If I registered right now, I would need to stay 30 qualifying nights over the next 67 days!
That doesn't seem like a reasonable ask for a reward program. And, like I said, I've been out of the game for awhile so I don't keep up with the earning, but 30,000 points doesn't seem like a huge incentive to whatever you get for 30 qualifying nights anyway.
Who is the real target for this kind of offer? It's not me. I haven't stayed in a Hyatt for 3 or more years and I'm not likely to run out and book a month now. Or even 10 nights for that matter.

I got the same promo. I have a Cat 1 20 mins from me, and between now and the deadline, I have 9 nights booked at 3500 points/night. Adding in one more at 5000 points, and counting getting 10000 bonus for 10 nights, that brings the nightly rate to get Globalist again down to 2650/night. Not to mention, two of those stays are 3+ days, which gains another 1,000 point bonus.
Is it 2x nights? No. But, it's definitely better than having zero points back and zero benefits...
