Thank you very much for this thread or I would never have known I was entitled to submit a compensation claim.
I’m pretty happy with the speed KLM responded to my claim (5 days). Our flight departed Canada late so we missed our connection in CDG. We were 7 hours late reaching our final destination. I opted for vouchers and we got 790 euros each passenger.
