I've been doing transfers for years, and have always appreciated that UR was nearly an instantaneous transfer to United. Sometimes the balance wouldn't even update in my United account, but I would still be able to book the award reservation.

I initiated a transfer for 120k points yesterday morning. By mid-afternoon I called CS for the number on my CSR, and they advised the standard 7-10 day window, and then gave me some nonsensical answer about how United "might be backed up with processing these transfers" (I have a hard time imagining someone sits a cubicle somewhere manually processing these).

Anyone aware of any issues with transfer times, or have recent data points?
