grounds are another example of something that can be kept the same or changed, can be interesting when they are kept pretty similar including really old trees etc

also for example, what properties are worth it for history even with some defects, which are not worth it, which have declined over time

maybe one good way to approach threads like this one is to focus on 'unique' features of certain properties

or properties that are well regarded and or favorites, that also have happen to have some history
