Blue, almost every single major airline (and not so major airline) that I can think of had at least one major update to their Biz cabins within the 23 year year period that we are speaking of, not just the ME3. As for the financial strength of BA/IAG, one can also argue that much of that is due to the same Petro-states as QR is by far the largest owner of BA shares.
and one could also argue that if you look at IAG finances in 2015 it was attractive enough for QR to purchase shares as an investment (when QR first purchased 9% and increased subsequently).
