Yes you will. There is a rest area in Al Mourjan but it's almost always busy during connection peak times (late evenings, all through the night and the next morning). There are plenty of lounging seats where you can relax. Even when it's busy, the lounge thankfully isn't too noisy as such. I would avoid the North Al Mourjan and stick to the main one (South) if you can.
