Not the case, particularly on the lounge access, to the chagrin on some on here. Have flown several mixed itineraries in the past year or so. Every time we had lounge access regardless of our cabin on the flight taking off from that airport.
I'll have to check what my tickets said about luggage, but I suspect it's similar, and in not determined by the first leg. Same with priority security.

OP should also get complimentary preferred Y seats on that one Y leg.

With the proviso that I booked mine via Aeroplan (also no status) and not Mileage Plus. Doubt that changes anything but who knows.

Edit. 2 x 32 kg checked luggage. Itinerary was YEG - YCC - YUL - FDF, with only the last leg in Business. Priority luggage tags too.
