Anyhow when you add these short term business outlooks, to less investment, especially in premium product, this is what you get, literally more than 75% of the market voting with their feet and flying with other carriers whether flying O/D or over the UK.
And yet financially BA/IAG is stronger than most airlines/ airlines groups, and certainly has been so over a good period of time. Ultimately that is the test of how a company performs and the basis of existence of any company no?
