I’m still not sure what the problem is. The email(s) quoted appear to be confirmation of charges including 4 seat reservations at 74€.

I tried to book the same itinerary as the OP (LIS-ZRH-BER oneway) on SWISS.com on 1 May but light fare is no longer available. On 2 May I can book an economy light ticket for 104.87€ and economy classic for 129.87€. So I can have seat reservation plus one checked bag for 25€ extra instead of 37€ the OP appears to have paid.


I also checked the seatmap of LX2083 LIS-ZRH on 1 May and found only a few seats are reserved including 8A & 8B, 11A & 11B, 27A, 27B and 27C. The OP appears to have reserved 8A and 8B on this flight.
