Other than an odd DL flight to MAN, and perhaps PIA, I cannot recall any long haul non British carriers operating into MAN.
Going back to this... during the 90s, these are the airlines I can think of that had long haul from MAN :-
SQ - Singapore
CX - Hong Kong
QF - Sydney
MH - Kuala Lumpa
DL - Atlanta
AA - Chicago (plus a short lived Miami)
CO - Newark
US - Philadelphia
NW - Not sure where they flew to
PK - Multiple destinations in Pakistan and the US (they used MAN as refuel and re-clear security)
These are the ones I can remember, there are probably more!
