Had a nice 10 night stay here over Christmas & the new year.

I had booked a Premium One Bedroom Suite & that is exactly what I got. Rooms are a little on the smaller side & I wasn't impressed with the layout but everything in the room worked well & having the kitchenette was of great help when traveling with 2 kids.

They had the same spread for breakfast every morning but there were plenty of choices. The staff were attentive & polite. Always eager to help.

I found the location to be very good. Just a short 5 minute walk to Kensington High Street. I'm fine with the property not being in a touristy area as they tend to get very crowded.

There were lots of restaurants nearby & the Italian place across the street from the hotel has a partnership with the property so they deliver room service as well. We ordered room service once & ate at the restaurant once as well. I would highly recommend it.

They only problem with the stay is that its been over a week since I checked out but the points & stay credit have still not posted. I guess I will have to wait another few days before filling up a missing stay request.
