No, the F seats on the A380 are the same as originally fitted. I don't think there are any plans to add a door in the short/medium term. Tbh I think even without a door the F seat on the A380 is the best one on any BA type, and considering the arrangement of the seats and the high partitions I don't see any privacy issue for not having a door.
