they told me the staff was able to leave to the North and it was a caution closure not a real one. Nothing prevented people from leaving.
another data point was while signs said the road was closed yesterday there was not blockade and no CHP north of Deetjan.
they are not allowing cancellations so they are holding folks to reservations.
