If you're checking bags, it's definitely a no, baggage handling is pretty slow in CGK. If you're not checking bags, it's very tight, slight delay and you'll miss your flight. I suggest you to take the earlier GA flight if it's available (or you can take the redeye CX CGK-HKG).
