I booked an Upper Class award flight ATL-EZE (in Delta One) during the early days of COVID and the flight was cancelled.

I'm struggling to find a good way to use the voucher now. It's a 90,000 mile voucher I must use by March 1. It seems that Buenos Aires and other international travel via Delta is no longer available.

I also have another 115,000 Virgin miles outside of the 90K voucher.

I've read a couple of blogs about the topic but the fuel surcharges to London and the rest of Europe seem enormous now. Would gladly go to New Zealand or Cape Town, would consider Japan. Are they ever a good deal for Delta domestic? Thanks for any ideas. Europe would be great if I could find affordable surcharges.
