We have booked two seats for the 01.05.2023 LIS-ZRH-BER , LX2038, LX966. On LX 966 ZRH- BER we have reserved Seat 11D and 11E and paid for the seatreservations. Up until now we are the only Passengers in ECO. Since our 1st reservation and ticketing on 03.01 Swiss has changed our seats 3 times. Since we have SEN and confirmend seat reservations we are very irritated by swiss trying to push us out of these excellent seats. What can we do to get them to honour thier contract with us? Unfortunately you can't do much. The airlines adjust aircraft types all the time (to maximize the revenue) this can occur even one day prior to departure with half flight already checked in, not to mention it is almost 5 months to go. Although those seats are good (if you mean the 2 side exit row on A321) for such a short flight, I wouldn't bother.
The airline can change them and assign same in different row. You can select different ones a few days before departure free of charge as those are already paid for
