I have a trip booked for two, booked as 2 one-way flights, each booking for two passengers. I bit the bullet in December on the credit card offers and will should have companion pass status around Feb. 4th. First flight is Feb. 10th. Is it possible to change the existing reservation by removing the second passenger but keeping myself and the fare (fare sale price, higher now)? I don't see an obvious way to do so but wanted to check. I'd have to do this after status is confirmed, just in case there is an issue of course, but I should have a few days to do so. Thanks!
