Beware the missing windows at 50K. You have to lean a lot forward to see out of the single window. Not a big deal on night flights. Toilets are not an issue since they are beyond the curtains and quite a way forward from the seats.
As for service, not sure but on our last trip from JNB, they served from front to back.
