That's a big part of why Southwest doesn't want to go into DFW. On those routes where folks have a choice, the majority of air travelers prefer the convenience of Love Field.
I live in Grapevine and drive past DFW 4 times a week on my way to Love Field. Its not a matter of convience, as I live so close, I just prefer Love Field compared to the madhouse that DFW is these days.
