It does sometimes happen that a person ends up with more than one rewards account. As far as I know there is no mechanism for moving points between accounts. The usual course is to ask customer service to merge the accounts so that all cards are linked to one rewards account, but if you like separate accounts that seems to be fine unless you do not have sufficient points in one account for a specific redemption.
