No need to involve lounge employees (and they may not want to get involved anyway) over a minor thing that's very easily and politely remedied. Amtrak conductors often won't shush people in the quiet car; lounge employees often won't shush people who are blaring phones, etc. Only on planes do I regularly see crew shushing people who are blaring their phones.
And when someone tells you to shove your earphones where the sun doesn't shine what does Miss Manners suggest you do then?
